One of my best resource guides that I use for healing is the book Zero Limits by Dr. Joe Vitale. I use the four healing lines “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, and I love you”. When I say these four lines it neutralizes the negativity and brings me back to a Zero state so I can received Devine inspiration from the Divine or God.
When I was working as a nursing assistant I said these lines all through the day. Additionally, I also had given my permission to God and my angels for them to send their healing energies through me to all who I touch and interact with.
Recently I moved into a new pharmacy technician job where I am working with a coworker who talks constantly. I soon found out that he had no interest in hearing anything I had to say that was not related to the job so I zipped my lip. I was bothered by this person’s attitude and when he was around me I said those four lines over and over. I soon found myself at peace and no longer bothered by this man’s incessant talking.
The beautiful thing about accepting 100% responsibility for everything that comes into our life is that the Divine or God will take care of it. I also understand that I am here to serve God and that he is in control. No matter what a person’s position is on the planet earth–they are not in control of me. They do not determine what my destiny is or what I will be doing. God is the decisive one who makes the decision. That is why I am no better than anyone else I encounter or why no one else is better than me. We are all here on earth to learn. That is why I have no fear what people will do to me because they only think they have power.
As far as my coworker-I am assuming he is probably not a spiritual man as the spiritual people I know will say they are. Hence, it is a good thing I keep quiet as I am not going to toss my pearls of wisdom out amongst the unenlightened and rile them up. After, my responsibility is offer up the healing to God so it will be done.
